Its now or never!!

Many of us aspire to become something big someday and yet most of us end up being average. Its only because of the attitude that drives us from within. I have come across people who keep blaming the circumstances around for not being able to achieve what they wanted to. I now find it a little hard to buy that. I can tell you that its human tendency to look out for reasons for not accomplishing anything that we are supposed to. If you are optimistic about anything that you would like to achieve, I am sure you would certainly find ways to do so. I am not saying that there wouldn't be any obstacles or factors that affect your journey towards your goal, but only true determination and will power to achieve would take you forward. And, they lie within you. So, stop finding reasons and start focusing on the real action. I am no gyan guru but I found certain difference in the way I see things and wanted to share this piece of information. To start with, look at the positive side of everything and stop blaming the circumstances for your inefficiency. Do not see other's success as a negative force and get inspired from it. Manage yourself against the time that you have and you will suddenly feel your productivity shooting up. Keep smiling and inspire others to laugh their lungs out on every occasion possible. Be willing and open to change, thereby start learning new things. A positive attitude is all it takes. Remember, its now or never. Good Luck!

Can we manage time???

I have come across many people who just feel that they do not have enough time. There are many reasons for wanting to have more time, you might want to make more money, spend more time with your family, have more time for recreation or develop your hobby. Many people think that the solution to this is to learn the art of time management, but I wonder how could we manage time if all of us get the equal amount of time. I mean, a day has just 24 hours and it is the same 24 hrs to everybody across the globe, so I then realized that it is not the art of managing time that we need to fulfill our needs, it is the art of managing ourselves and prioritizing the jobs in such a way that we can accommodate many tasks in a day or the specific 24 hr period. There were many instances when we discuss about managing ourselves against time, many people misinterpret this to sleeping less so that they get more time to do many other things which is not true because without having a proper sleep you end up taking a little longer than usual to do the same job. So, your focus should always be on how to be productive in the hours that you actually take out to work.By focusing on the productivity factor you will be productive not only in your professional but also personal life.

Many great leaders and successful people felt that postponing a particular task is one of the main reasons to failure. If you postpone a task to a later date without any strong opposing force, then you are just not able to manage yourself against time. We should try and divide the time that we have in a more efficient way so that we would not have to think about the reasons to postpone any task and every schedule is to be followed religiously. To me, managing ourselves against time is an art form and should be developed along with experiences and best practices, there is no hard & fast rule that one has to follow because everyone has a unique style of managing things & hence managing themselves against time. So, the next time when you her the word time management, you should simply understand that it's about you, managing yourself because time itself cannot be managed. Have a great time!!!
